While the leather is durable, they are not explicitly marketed as waterproof. Avoid deep puddles to maintain the leather quality.
ReBOTL is Timberland's proprietary fabric made from recycled plastic bottles, used here to create a sustainable and breathable lining.
Use a soft brush to remove surface dust and a damp cloth for spots. Apply a leather cleaner or conditioner as needed.
The OrthoLite footbed provides built-in support; if you need specific orthotics, consult a professional to see if they fit over the existing footbed.
The Britton Drive series generally fits standard UK sizing. If you plan on wearing very thick socks, you may consider if your typical size allows for that extra volume.
Leather requires a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations indoors to allow the material to conform to your foot.
The ReBOTL lining is designed for moisture management; ensure you allow the boots to air out for 24 hours between heavy usage days.
Because these are slip-on boots, no initial setup is required. To ensure the leather remains supple and the color vibrant, avoid soaking the boots in water. If they become dirty, wipe them down with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources. Using a leather conditioner periodically will help maintain the finish and prevent cracking. Ensure you are wearing the correct sock thickness to take full advantage of the OrthoLite footbed's support.
