Product Information
Full details
The Nike Flex Runner 3 is designed for active kids who need a versatile, everyday trainer that balances ease of use with reliable support. Its primary benefit is the tieless construction, which allows for quick, independent put-on and take-off, making it an excellent choice for school and play. However, users should note that the slip-on style means it does not offer the same micro-adjustability as traditional lace-up footwear.

FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is recommended to clean them by hand using a damp cloth and mild soap to preserve the structural integrity of the shoe.
Does this shoe come in different widths?
The Nike Flex Runner 3 follows a standard width construction. The elastic upper provides some flexibility for different foot shapes.
Is the sole non-marking?
Yes, the sole is designed to be suitable for indoor environments like gymnasiums.
Can these be used for running sports?
While excellent for casual activity and play, they are not classified as technical performance running shoes for competitive sports.
How do I ensure the correct size?
We recommend measuring the child's feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest and consulting the Nike size guide for UK measurements.
Troubleshooting
Shoe feels too tight over the bridge of the foot
The elastic material may need to break in, but if pain persists, the child may require a wider size or a different style with adjustable closures.
Surface stains on the white fabric
Use a soft brush and a dedicated trainer cleaning solution to gently spot-clean affected areas.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike Flex Runner 3 lasts, keep the following in mind:
- Fit: Since there are no laces to adjust, ensure you select the correct UK size initially for a snug but comfortable fit.
- Cleaning: Given the white colourway, wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain appearance. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the synthetic materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the white fabric.
- Compatibility: These are designed for everyday casual wear and general play; they are not intended for specialized competitive athletic sports.
