Product Information
Full details
The Nike Air Zoom Winflo 7 is designed for adult runners who prioritize responsive cushioning and a stable ride for their daily training sessions. These trainers provide excellent breathability and a sleek, low-top profile that supports a natural stride; however, users should note that the cushioning is specifically optimized for road running and may feel less stable on highly technical or uneven trail terrain.

FAQs
Are these shoes true to size?
Yes, the Nike Air Zoom Winflo 7 fits according to standard UK athletic sizing conventions.
Can I use these for gym workouts?
While they are optimized for running, they provide enough stability for general gym training and cardio classes.
How should I clean the pink fabric?
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt, then gently wipe with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent.
Are these waterproof?
No, they are made with breathable mesh, which allows water to pass through the material.
Is the insole removable?
Yes, the internal sockliner can be removed if you need to insert custom orthotics.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of slipping at the heel
Try the 'runner's loop' or 'lock lace' technique to secure the ankle collar more firmly.
Accumulation of debris inside the shoe
Regularly remove the internal sockliner and shake out particles after outdoor sessions.
Reduced responsiveness after extended use
Foam compression is expected over time; ensure you rotate your shoes to allow the cushioning to recover between runs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Nike Air Zoom Winflo 7s, start by ensuring the laces are adjusted to provide a snug, non-restrictive midfoot lockdown. These trainers are standard UK sizing, so they are generally compatible with standard athletic socks. For care, avoid machine washing or drying; instead, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry the shoes in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, which can degrade the adhesive and foam properties.
