The bookcase comes with three shelves specifically designed for the slot system. Adding non-standard shelves is not recommended as it may affect the structural integrity.
The feet are attached to the base of the unit. They can typically be unscrewed manually or with a standard screwdriver to allow for a flush fit when stacking.
While it is a sturdy, freestanding piece, it is always recommended to use a furniture anchor kit for safety if you have small children or pets.
The shelves are designed for standard library and decorative use. Distribute heavy items evenly across all shelves to avoid excessive weight on a single shelf.
Yes, the Florence bookcase is also available in Green, Beige, White, and Blue variants.
Ensure all four support points for the shelf are correctly seated within the corresponding wavy slots at the same height level.
Check if the floor surface is uneven; you may need to use small furniture shims under the Georgian feet to ensure the unit remains level.
Setup:
Since the item arrives fully assembled, ensure your pathways and intended room space are measured against the 120cm width and 124cm height before delivery. If planning to stack the unit, use a soft cloth under the frame to prevent scratching the sideboard surface while positioning.
Compatibility:
This unit is specifically compatible with other items in the Statement Furniture Florence range, particularly sideboards designed to act as a base for the unit.
