Troubleshooting
Doll won't stand on its own
This is a design feature. The doll is designed with flat shoes for stability but may require leaning against an object or being held for secure standing. Use doll stands if available from other Barbie accessory sets.
Fidget spinner is stiff or not spinning
Ensure the fidget spinner is properly seated in the doll's hand. Try gently wiggling it to loosen it. If it remains stiff, it may be a manufacturing defect; contact customer support if the product is new.
Accessories do not fit well
Barbie Fashionistas dolls are designed with varying body types. While many accessories are universal, some may fit better than others. Try adjusting the accessory's position or consult other dolls in the Fashionistas line for a better fit.
