Can I use this basket for storing items other than laundry?
Yes, the basket's sturdy design and large capacity make it suitable for general storage of household items, toys, or other belongings. However, the ventilated design means it's best for items that won't be damaged by airflow.
Does the pack of 2 include two baskets of the same color?
Yes, the 'Pack of 2' variant includes two baskets of the specified color, in this case, white.

The product description does not specify recyclability. It is made from heavy-duty plastic for durability. Please check local recycling guidelines for plastic type PP (Polypropylene) if available in your area.
Troubleshooting
Basket has an unusual odor when new.
This is normal for plastic products. Air the basket outdoors or in a well-ventilated area for a few days. Washing with mild soap and water can also help dissipate any initial plastic smell.
Handles feel uncomfortable to grip with heavy loads.
Ensure you are lifting with your legs and distributing the weight evenly. The ergonomic design is intended for comfort, but very heavy loads will still require care when lifting.
Basket appears to be flexing or bending with a full load.
Verify that the load is distributed evenly within the basket. While made of strong plastic, overloading or uneven distribution can cause temporary flexing. Check for any signs of permanent damage; if present, contact customer support.
