Leather is naturally water-resistant, but heavy exposure to moisture should be avoided. Applying a leather protector spray can help enhance water resistance.
Regularly remove the insoles to air them out and use a fabric-safe deodorizer spray inside the shoe if necessary.
The rubber outsole is designed for reliable traction, but check your specific flooring requirements if you intend to use them primarily for indoor court sports.
Apply a leather conditioner or cream specifically designed for shoe maintenance to restore moisture and luster.
Consider using a double-knot or replacing the laces with a slightly more textured set if the factory laces remain slippery.
Gently clean the affected area with a mixture of water and a small amount of mild soap, then wipe with a clean damp cloth.
Because these are lace-up shoes, ensure you tension the laces evenly across the eyelets to maintain a secure fit. For care, keep the leather supple by wiping away surface dirt with a damp cloth after use. Avoid machine washing, which can compromise the structural integrity of the leather. If the shoes become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent the leather from cracking or warping.
