Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your jacket in peak condition, ensure all zippers are closed before washing. Wash the garment in cool water using a technical cleaner designed for waterproof fabrics; standard detergents can strip away the durable water repellent (DWR) finish. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these will damage the breathable membrane.
For the best fit, utilize the adjustable hem and cuff toggles to customize the jacket to your layers underneath. If the DWR coating begins to fail—evidenced by water soaking into the outer fabric rather than beading off—re-apply a specialized water-repellent spray or wash-in treatment to restore performance.
