Does the board come with mounting hardware?
The board is designed to be lightweight for easy hanging, but ensure you select screws or hooks appropriate for your specific wall material.
Are the magnets strong enough to hold heavy documents?
The included magnets are intended for light items like paper notes, reminders, and photos.
How often should I clean the whiteboard surface?
For best results, wipe the board clean after every use to prevent ink build-up or ghosting.
Can I use this board in a professional office setting?
Yes, its aluminum frame and compact size make it perfect for personal desks or small office cubicles.
Troubleshooting
Marker ink is difficult to erase.
Ensure you are using dry-wipe markers only. If ghosting occurs, clean the surface with a dedicated whiteboard spray or a slightly damp cloth.
The board is slightly wobbly on the wall.
Check that all mounting screws are tightened and that the board is flush against the wall surface.
Magnets are not sticking well.
Ensure there is no thick debris or layers of marker residue between the magnet and the board surface.

- Durable aluminum frame construction
Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward due to the board's lightweight aluminum design. Use standard mounting hardware appropriate for your wall type (drywall, wood, etc.). To ensure the longevity of your whiteboard, always use high-quality dry-wipe markers. Avoid using permanent markers, as they will cause staining. Clean the surface regularly with a soft cloth or the provided duster to prevent ink ghosting. If deeper cleaning is required, use a mild whiteboard cleaning solution or a damp cloth followed by a thorough drying. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these will damage the finish.
