Troubleshooting

Ghosting or faint marks remaining after erasing

Clean the board with a dedicated whiteboard cleaning fluid or a solution of mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly.

Board wobbling when writing

Check that both hanging hooks are securely anchored to the wall and that the frame is seated correctly on the hooks.

Magnets sliding down

All-in-one kit includes markers, magnets, and a duster
Compact size fits well in smaller home or office workspaces

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your board, identify the wall space and determine if a horizontal or vertical orientation best fits your needs. Use the two included hanging hooks to secure the board firmly to the wall. For the best longevity, use only high-quality dry-erase markers and ensure they are capped when not in use. Clean the surface regularly with the included duster or a soft microfiber cloth; for deeper cleaning, use a dedicated whiteboard cleaning solution. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch the writing surface or damage the dry-wipe coating.
