While the exterior is durable, it is recommended to clean them with a damp cloth rather than using a washing machine to preserve the integrity of the memory foam and materials.
These trainers are designed for casual walking and daily comfort. They do not offer the stability required for high-intensity running or jogging.
No, the laces are decorative stretch laces designed to maintain a consistent fit without needing to be tied.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the materials from fading or cracking.
The Cosy Fit design generally fits true to size, but the stretch materials accommodate various foot shapes comfortably.
Ensure your foot is pushed fully into the shoe to allow the Heel Pillow to engage properly with the back of your heel.
Remove the insole if possible and let it air out for 24 hours to allow the foam to recover its shape.
Because these are slip-on trainers, no manual adjustment is required; the stretch laces maintain a consistent tension. For care, keep the shoes clean by wiping the leather and synthetic overlays with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemicals, as this may compromise the Air-Cooled Memory Foam material. If the insoles become damp, allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material degradation.
