Troubleshooting
Chair feels unstable or wobbly
Ensure the chair is placed on a perfectly level floor surface and that all four anti-slip feet are touching the ground evenly.

Ensure the joints are clear of dust or debris. Do not force the mechanism; verify there are no obstructions in the hinges.
Surface marks on the frame
Gently wipe the steel frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges which may scratch the finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is non-existent as the chairs arrive fully assembled; simply unfold them until the locking mechanism engages. Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, level surface to maintain the integrity of the steel frame.
To maintain the aesthetic and structural quality of your chairs:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the fabric seat and the steel frame. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the fabric.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment to prevent rust on the steel components.
- Maintenance: Periodically check the hinges and joints to ensure they are free of debris and continue to fold smoothly.
