FAQs
How do I determine the correct size for my child?
When purchasing on Amazon, consider the BR/Supplier size as equivalent to the EU size, regardless of what is displayed on the product sole. Always check the product description for specific sizing guidance.
Are these flip-flops suitable for swimming?
Yes, the rubber sole is water-resistant and offers a non-slip grip, making them suitable for use around the pool and on wet surfaces. They are not intended as swim fins.
Can these flip-flops be washed in a machine?
It is recommended to hand wash these flip-flops with mild soap and water. Machine washing is not advised as it may damage the material.
Are the straps made of rubber or PVC?
The straps are made of durable PVC, while the sole is made of rubber.
What makes these flip-flops 'heat-resistant'?
The rubber sole material is engineered to not get excessively hot when exposed to sunlight, providing more comfort for the wearer.
What does 'Tranquility' refer to in the product name?
'Tranquility' likely refers to the design theme or colorway of the flip-flops, suggesting a calm or peaceful aesthetic, rather than a functional feature.
