Troubleshooting
Drawer not closing flush with the frame
Check if the unit is level on the floor. If it is sitting on uneven flooring, adjust the floor position or use shims to stabilize the legs.
Drawer resistance or sticking
Ensure no items inside the drawer are blocking the internal tracks or catching on the drawer frame.
Surface marks on the exterior
Use a microfiber cloth with a small amount of warm water and mild soap to gently buff out superficial scuffs.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Arrives fully assembled, saving significant setup time
- High-quality soft-close drawer action
- Durable scratch-resistant surface finish
- Modern design fits various interior styles
- Handcrafted in the United Kingdom
Cons
- Fixed dimensions may not suit every small space
- Single colour option per unit (no modular adjustments)

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the unit arrives fully assembled, setup is minimal: simply unpack the chest, place it in your desired location, and verify that it sits level. Compatibility is high due to the neutral grey finish, which pairs well with modern, industrial, or minimalist decor palettes. To care for the unit, use a soft, slightly damp cloth for regular dusting. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these may damage the specialized scratch-resistant finish. Ensure that the unit is placed on a flat, even surface to maintain the integrity of the soft-close drawer alignment.
