While they perform well on most surfaces, the outsole is optimized for indoor basketball courts to maintain maximum longevity and grip.
As a low-top performance shoe, they offer excellent freedom of movement but provide less mechanical ankle support compared to mid- or high-top models.
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a light wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Never submerge in water.
The Year of the Horse colorway draws from the Chinese zodiac, representing strength, speed, and perseverance through a crimson and blue palette.
The Kobe 8 Protro generally fits true to size, but the performance-focused design is meant to be snug.
Ensure the laces are tightened correctly across the midfoot and consider using a high-performance grip sock.
Gently clean with a specialized sneaker cleaning wipe or a cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap.
For the best performance, ensure you select the correct size for a locked-in fit. The Kobe 8 is known for its snug, precise feel, which is ideal for preventing internal foot sliding. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing or heavy water exposure, as this can degrade the specialized performance materials. Use a soft-bristled brush with a mild cleaning solution to remove dust and court grime after use. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the shape and integrity of the upper and midsole.
