This Regatta Octagon II Waterproof Softshell Jacket is designed for women seeking reliable protection against the elements during outdoor activities. Its primary benefit is the blend of breathability, waterproofing, and wind resistance. A potential consideration is that while it offers protection, it is not a heavy-duty insulated jacket, meaning it may require layering in very cold conditions. The jacket features a durable Nylon Softshell fabric, a practical design with multiple zipped pockets, and an adjustable hem for a customized fit, ensuring comfort and functionality.

The 100% Nylon Softshell fabric offers a combination of breathability, waterproofing, and wind resistance, making it versatile for various weather conditions.
Refer to the product sizing information, which typically includes bust measurements for UK sizes, to ensure the best fit.
While the jacket provides wind and water protection, it is not heavily insulated. For very cold conditions, layering with a warm mid-layer is recommended.
Yes, all pockets (two side and one chest pocket) are secured with zips, providing safe storage for your belongings.
Machine wash at 40°C with similar colors. Avoid bleaching, high heat drying, and ironing. Do not dry clean.
The adjustable shockcord hem allows you to tighten the bottom of the jacket to prevent wind from entering and to help retain body heat.
Ensure the jacket is washed according to care instructions and consider re-applying a water-repellent finish if needed. Avoid using fabric softeners, which can degrade the waterproof membrane.
Gently clean the zipper teeth with a soft brush and a little water. Apply a graphite pencil or a specific zipper lubricant to the teeth to improve glide.
This may indicate reduced breathability. Ensure the inner lining is clean, as dirt and oils can clog the pores. Check that you are not overheating; consider removing a layer.
