Detailed dimensions for each component (sofa sections, table, storage box) can be found in the product's specification sheet or manual. Please consult these for precise measurements.

While the storage box is designed primarily for storage, its lid may offer additional surface space. However, it is not designed or recommended as a primary seating element.

The rattan material is designed for outdoor use, but the cushions are typically water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. It is recommended to store cushions indoors or use a cover during prolonged wet weather.

Specific weight capacities are usually detailed in the product manual. For general use, each seating section is designed to comfortably support an average adult.

Ensure the furniture is placed on a level surface. Check that all bolts and screws are tightened securely according to the assembly instructions.

Verify that the fuel source is correctly connected and sufficient. Consult the fire pit's specific user manual for detailed ignition and troubleshooting steps.

Clean the rattan with a mild soap solution. Consider applying a UV-protectant spray designed for outdoor furniture or using a furniture cover when not in use to prevent further fading.

Check for any obstructions inside the box or on the lid hinges. Ensure the box is on a level surface, as a slight tilt can sometimes cause binding.
