Full details
The DLX Zoltan Lightweight Down Jacket is designed for adult men who need a reliable, high-performance layer for hiking and outdoor activities in cold weather. The jacket is constructed from durable Nylon.
How do I ensure the best fit?
The jacket is available in size XXL and includes a drawcord hem to help you customize the fit around your waist.
Can I machine wash this jacket?
Yes, but use a gentle cycle with a dedicated down detergent and ensure it is dried thoroughly with dryer balls.
Is the hood detachable?
No, the jacket features a grown-on (integrated) hood for maximum weather protection.
Does it have pockets for my phone?
Yes, it features two zippered lower pockets, which are ideal for safely storing a phone or keys.
Troubleshooting
Feathers poking through the fabric
This is normal for down jackets. Gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside rather than pulling it all the way out, which can enlarge the hole.
Jacket feels flat or loses loft
The down may have clumped together due to moisture or compression. Tumble dry on low with dryer balls to fluff the down back up.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your DLX Zoltan stays in prime condition, follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: Always check the internal care label. Generally, down jackets should be washed in a front-loading machine with a specific down-cleaning detergent. Avoid fabric softeners.
- Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting with a few clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help redistribute the down and restore loft.
- Storage: Store the jacket in a cool, dry place. Avoid keeping it compressed in its stuff sack for long periods, as this can damage the down clusters over time.
- Layering: The slim-fit design makes it highly compatible with standard waterproof jackets or parkas. Size XXL provides a comfortable fit that allows for base layers or light fleece underneath.
