Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch is a mechanical chronograph. To start the chronograph, press the top pusher. To reset it, press the bottom pusher. The watch will require manual winding if it stops. To set the time and date, pull the crown out to the appropriate position (refer to the specific model's manual for crown positions) and turn.
Compatibility:
This is a standalone analog watch and does not have electronic compatibility requirements. The leather strap is designed to fit a standard lug width, and replacement straps can be found from various manufacturers using quick-release spring bars.
Care:
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields.
- Clean the stainless steel case with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- The leather strap should be kept dry. If it gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Avoid harsh cleaning agents on the leather.
- While the watch is not explicitly described as water-resistant, avoid submerging it in water to protect the mechanical movement and leather strap.
