It is highly recommended to follow the specific care label instructions, typically dry cleaning is preferred to maintain the structure of the tailoring.
Yes, the short sleeves and collarless design make it an excellent choice for professional summer attire, providing a structured look without overheating.
Use a padded or contoured coat hanger to support the shoulder structure and keep the garment buttoned.
The compact stretch fabric is designed to maintain its shape while allowing for movement, though proper care is necessary to ensure it recovers fully after cleaning.
Because of the collarless design, a simple camisole, a fitted shell top, or a high-neck sleeveless blouse works perfectly.
Use a garment steamer on a low heat setting, keeping distance from the fabric to gently relax the fibers.
Reinforce the stitching immediately with a matching thread color to ensure the tortoiseshell-effect hardware stays secure.
To ensure the longevity of your garment, always follow the care label instructions. Given the structured nature of the compact stretch fabric, it is recommended to store this jacket on a contoured suit hanger to prevent shoulder indentation. Keep the jacket buttoned when not in use to help maintain the front placket's shape.
Compatibility-wise, this piece works best with tailored separates. It is not recommended to pair it with oversized or bulky undergarments, as this may disrupt the precision seaming. If the fabric develops minor wrinkles, a gentle steam on a low setting is generally preferred over ironing to avoid damaging the button finish or the stretch integrity.
