The Under Armour Women's Heatgear Performance Gym Shorts are designed for adult women engaged in active training. Their key benefit is providing lightweight, breathable support with unrestricted movement and superior sweat-wicking capabilities. A potential caveat is the slim fit, which may not be preferred by everyone. These shorts feature a smooth, stretchy HeatGear® fabric that is breathable and quick-drying, engineered with 4-way stretch for maximum mobility, an updated gusset and flatlock seams for a chafe-free experience, and an odor-control technology.

HeatGear is Under Armour's original base layer technology, designed to keep athletes cool, dry, and light. It's engineered to wick sweat away from the skin to the surface of the fabric, where it can evaporate.
Yes, the lightweight, breathable fabric, 4-way stretch, and moisture-wicking properties make them suitable for running and other cardio activities.
4-way stretch means the fabric can stretch in both width and length directions, allowing for greater freedom of movement and a comfortable fit during dynamic activities.
Machine wash cold with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach only when needed, tumble dry on low, and do not iron or use fabric softeners.
The inseam length for these shorts is 3 inches.
The product description does not specify pockets. Typically, performance gym shorts of this style may not include them to maintain a streamlined fit.
The shorts are made of 87% Polyester and 13% Elastane.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. If the fit is consistently too tight, consider if the slim-fit style is appropriate for your preference. Refer to the size chart for accurate measurements.
Verify the size is correct. The flatlock seams are designed to prevent chafing, but ensure the shorts are positioned correctly on the body.
Ensure the dryer setting is low and avoid using fabric softeners, which can impede moisture-wicking properties. Air drying is also an option.
Double-check the size. If the issue persists, pairing with a base layer or trying a different style of athletic short might be necessary.
Setup: These are ready-to-wear athletic shorts. Ensure you select the correct size for optimal fit and performance.
Compatibility: Designed for women aged adult. Suitable for various sports and training activities.
