The HOKA Bondi 9 is an ultra-cushioned trainer designed for individuals seeking maximum comfort and support during everyday miles. With an overhauled construction featuring a higher stack height and a premium foam midsole, it delivers a notably soft and resilient ride; however, its substantial cushioning may feel too bulky for runners who prefer a firm, ground-connected experience.

The Bondi 9 is designed primarily for road surfaces and paved paths; the outsole may not provide sufficient grip on loose or technical trail terrain.
Yes, the Bondi 9 offers neutral stability and supportive cushioning that accommodates most arch types.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Yes, the insole is removable, making it easy to swap in your preferred aftermarket or custom orthotic inserts.
The Bondi 9 features a breathable knit upper, which is not waterproof. They may absorb water in heavy rain.
Feet naturally swell during activity; try loosening the lacing in the midfoot area or ensure you have a thumbnail's width of space at the toes.
Spot clean the knit material gently with a mild detergent and a soft cloth, allowing it to air dry naturally.
To ensure the longevity of your Bondi 9 trainers, proper maintenance is essential. Ensure the fit is snug but allows for natural foot expansion during runs; if you use custom orthotics, the internal volume is sufficient to accommodate most inserts. To clean your shoes, remove excess dirt with a soft brush and clean the upper using a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the foam and adhesive. Always allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
