Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS trainers, begin by properly lacing them to match your foot shape—standard lacing works for most, while a 'runner's loop' can be used if you experience heel slippage. These trainers are compatible with standard aftermarket insoles if you require additional arch support. For care, avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can degrade the cushioning adhesives. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the interior becomes damp, remove the sockliner and let the shoes air dry naturally away from direct sunlight or heaters, which can cause the materials to warp or become brittle.
