The Jones Bootmaker FAIRFORD boots are designed for adult men who require a sophisticated, formal footwear option that balances elegance with everyday convenience. Featuring a sleek, pointed-toe silhouette and premium leather construction, these boots provide a refined aesthetic perfect for special events or professional settings; however, potential owners should note that the pointed-toe design may feel more restrictive for those with wider feet compared to rounded-toe alternatives.

While leather is naturally water-resistant, these are formal boots and are not designed for heavy rain or deep puddles. It is recommended to use a leather protector spray to guard against light moisture.
Wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a leather cleaner followed by a conditioner to keep the leather from cracking.
The FAIRFORD series is designed to UK standard sizing. If you typically wear a size 7 in formal leather shoes, your standard size should be the best fit.
Yes, you can replace the existing insoles with thin orthotic or comfort insoles if you require additional support.
These boots pair best with slim-fit trousers, chinos, or tailored suit pants that end slightly above the ankle to showcase the pointed-toe design.
Leather requires a break-in period. Wear them for short durations indoors to soften the material before committing to a full day of wear.
Gently clean the affected area with a damp cloth and apply a matching black leather cream polish to buff out the marks.
Ensure you are pulling the boot on using the pull-tabs rather than stretching the elastic panels excessively, which helps maintain the elastic's tension.
Because these boots arrive ready to wear, no mechanical assembly is required. To maintain the integrity of the leather, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Use a shoe horn when putting them on to prevent damaging the heel counter, and use cedar shoe trees to help the boots maintain their shape and absorb moisture after a day of wear. Clean regularly with a soft cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner or cream polish to keep the black finish hydrated and free of scuffs.
