Yes, the moisture-wicking properties and mesh ventilation make it an excellent choice for running and cardio training.
The top is made from high-performance polyester designed for durability and sweat management.
It is machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the fabric technology.
This is designed as a training top with a focus on performance; it offers a standard athletic fit that is not overly baggy but allows for full range of motion.
The mesh is integrated for breathability; while durable for standard gym use, it should be kept away from rough surfaces to prevent snagging.
Use a sports-specific laundry detergent or add a half-cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle to neutralize odor-causing bacteria trapped in synthetic fibers.
Avoid washing with items that have zippers, velcro, or hooks; use a mesh laundry bag to protect the delicate knit areas.
To ensure your training top remains in top condition, follow standard care guidelines. The garment is machine washable, though it is recommended to wash with similar synthetic fabrics to prevent snagging. Avoid using heavy fabric softeners, as these can coat the moisture-wicking fibers and reduce the effectiveness of the Dri-FIT technology. Air drying is the preferred method to maintain the integrity of the mesh panels and prevent heat damage to the fabric fibers.
