Troubleshooting
Battery draining faster than expected
Check battery usage in Settings to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable always-on display, and limit background app refresh. Use battery saver mode when needed.
Apps are freezing or crashing
Ensure apps are updated to their latest versions. Clear the cache and data for the problematic app (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data). If issues persist, try reinstalling the app or restarting your phone.
Fingerprint scanner not responding
Make sure your finger is clean and dry. Check if the sensor area is free of dirt or smudges. Re-register your fingerprint in Settings > Security and Privacy > Biometrics, ensuring good coverage of your finger.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi network
Restart your phone and your Wi-Fi router. Forget the network in your phone's Wi-Fi settings and try to reconnect. Ensure you are entering the correct password and that the router's settings are not blocking your device.
MicroSD card not detected
Ensure the MicroSD card is inserted correctly into the SIM tray. Try removing and reinserting it. If it's still not detected, test the card in another device to check if the card itself is faulty. Ensure the card is formatted to a compatible file system (e.g., FAT32 or exFAT).
