Is a candle holder included?

No, this is a votive refill, and you should use a heat-resistant glass votive holder for safety.

Can I leave the candle burning for more than four hours?

It is recommended not to burn the candle for more than four hours at a time to maintain safety and candle integrity.

Does it contain soy wax?

Yes, it is formulated with a soy wax blend.

Can I group multiple candles together?

Yes, arranging several of the same fragrance together can add more sparkle and scent intensity to your space.

Troubleshooting

The candle is producing black soot.

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm and ensure the candle is not in a drafty area.

The scent throw is weak.

Ensure you are using the candle in a smaller room where the fragrance can concentrate.

The wax is tunneling (burning only the middle).

Ensure the candle is in a snug glass votive holder, which helps distribute heat evenly to the edges.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Portable and convenient size for testing scents
High-quality soy wax composition
Delightful, warm fragrance profile

Cons

Shorter burn duration of approximately 10 hours
Requires a separate heat-resistant votive holder
Not suitable for large open-plan rooms

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure a safe and long-lasting experience, always place the votive in an appropriate glass votive holder before lighting. Never burn the candle directly on a table surface or near flammable items like curtains or paper. Keep the wick trimmed to avoid large flames, and never leave the candle burning unattended. If you have pets or small children, ensure the holder is placed well out of reach. Discontinue use when the wax reaches about 1cm from the bottom of the holder to avoid glass overheating.
