FAQs
Does the unit come fully assembled?
The main cabinet is pre-assembled, but you will need to attach the castors to the bottom of the unit.
Can I lock all three drawers at once?
Yes, the pedestal features a central locking system that secures all drawers simultaneously.
What is the weight capacity of each drawer?
The drawers are designed for standard office supplies; avoid placing extremely heavy electronic equipment inside to protect the runners.
Can I remove the drawers to clean inside?
The Accuride runners are designed for stability, so it is recommended to clean the interiors without removing the drawers entirely.
Is the unit compatible with carpeted floors?
Yes, the castors are designed to glide smoothly across both hard flooring and low-pile commercial office carpeting.
Troubleshooting
Drawer feels stiff or difficult to open
Ensure the pedestal is sitting on a level surface. Check if any items have fallen behind the drawer that might be obstructing the Accuride runners.
Key is difficult to turn in the lock
Ensure the drawers are fully pushed in so the locking bar can engage properly. Do not force the key; gently jiggle the drawer front while turning.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The unit arrives largely pre-assembled, requiring only the attachment of the castors to the base. It is compatible with most standard office desks. To maintain the finish, simply wipe the grey exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that could scratch the surface. To ensure the longevity of the Accuride runners, avoid overloading the drawers with excessive weight beyond typical office supply limits.
