The Ezysleep Halo 30cm Memory Foam Mattress is designed for sleepers of all positions who prioritize pressure relief and spinal alignment, making it an excellent choice for individuals or couples seeking a restful night. Featuring responsive memory foam that contours to the body, it excels at minimizing motion transfer; however, users should be aware that it may retain more heat than traditional innerspring mattresses despite its breathable cover.

No, it is compatible with most flat, supportive surfaces including slatted frames and platform beds.
The mattress is designed with a specific top layer for comfort and should not be flipped. You may rotate it head-to-toe to maintain even support.
While the quilted cover is designed for breathability, memory foam naturally retains some heat. Keeping your room cool and using cotton bedding helps.
While it can be slept on after a few hours, we recommend waiting 24-48 hours for the foam to reach its optimal density and height.
The 30cm depth provides a deeper cushioning profile, which generally improves the lifespan of the mattress and offers a more luxurious, premium feel.
Memory foam requires time to reach its full loft and softness. Allow the mattress up to 48 hours to fully decompress at room temperature.
This is normal, known as off-gassing. Keep the room well-ventilated by opening windows, and the scent should dissipate within a few days.
Check that the bed frame is level and consider using a non-slip rug pad between the mattress and the slats.
Upon delivery, the mattress will be compressed for transport. Carefully remove it from the packaging and place it on your bed frame, allowing it to expand fully in a well-ventilated room for at least 24 to 48 hours before use. This mattress is compatible with most standard bed frames, including slatted bases, box springs, and platform beds. To maintain the condition of the Halo, avoid folding or bending the mattress. Use a high-quality mattress protector to shield the quilted cover from stains and allergens, and rotate the mattress 180 degrees every six months to ensure even wear across the surface.
