FAQs
Can I use these shoes for running?
These trainers are designed for court sports involving lateral movement and are not recommended for long-distance road running.
How do I ensure I have the right size?
These follow standard UK adult female sizing; ensure there is a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Are these shoes suitable for outdoor courts?
Yes, they provide excellent grip on hard-court surfaces, though you should clean them after use to preserve the tread.
How do I clean the exterior?
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains.
How long should the cushioning last?
The lifespan depends on usage frequency, but generally, the responsive cushioning remains effective for a full season of regular league play.
Troubleshooting
Foot slippage during play
Ensure the laces are tightened evenly throughout the eyelets to engage the lockdown support system.
Reduced traction on dusty courts
Wipe the outsole with a damp cloth or a specialized court-grip product to remove dust build-up.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent traction for court-based sports
- Secure lockdown fit for stability
- Effective cushioning for shock absorption
- Lightweight and agile design
Cons
- Not suitable for outdoor running or trail use
- Limited to netball-specific performance
- Requires proper lacing technique for optimal support
Setup, Compatibility & Care
For the best fit, ensure you lace the shoes snugly to utilize the internal locking structure. These trainers are intended for adult female sizing; verify your UK foot size before purchase to ensure proper arch support. To maintain the grip and longevity of the outsole, keep the shoes away from abrasive outdoor gravel or dirt. After a match, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area—avoid direct heat sources, as these can degrade the cushioning materials.
