The New Balance 373 trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of athletic functionality and everyday style. These trainers excel at providing long-lasting comfort through a lightweight construction, making them a versatile choice for both light athletic activities and casual urban wear. While they offer excellent grip and breathability, users should note that they are optimized for general use rather than specialized high-performance training or extreme sports environments.

The New Balance 373 is designed as a versatile, casual trainer. While suitable for light athletic activity, they are not engineered for long-distance or heavy-impact running.
The 373 series uses standard sizing. If you have a wider foot, you may want to ensure you have adjusted the lacing system to allow for extra volume across the midfoot.
No, it is recommended to spot clean the shoes. Machine washing can damage the materials and the adhesives used in the construction.
The New Balance 373 features a breathable fabric upper designed to maximize airflow during wear.
These shoes are not waterproof. The breathable upper is designed for airflow, which means moisture can pass through the material.
Adjust the tension of the laces. Feet tend to swell during the day, so slightly loosening the fit can restore comfort.
Ensure the outsole is free from debris, such as small stones or packed dirt, which can reduce the effectiveness of the rubber grip.
Gently use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dust and dirt before attempting to spot clean with a damp cloth.
Getting the most out of your New Balance 373 trainers involves proper maintenance. Since these shoes use a traditional lacing system, take the time to loosen the laces fully before putting the shoe on to preserve the structural integrity of the heel counter. Compatibility is best suited for standard socks; thick performance socks may require you to adjust the lacing tension. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing. Instead, spot clean the upper with a soft brush and mild soap, and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
