Troubleshooting
Chair feels unstable
Ensure the chair is on a level surface. If using on an un-carpeted floor, check that floor protectors are securely attached and even. Minor natural variations in rattan can occur; check for any obvious structural issues.
Wicker/Rattan appears dry or brittle
This can happen if the chair has been exposed to excessive dryness or direct sunlight. Consider a very lightly damp cloth application, but avoid saturation. Ensure the chair is kept in a more humid indoor environment if possible.
Stains on the rattan
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a very mild soap solution can be tested on an inconspicuous area first, followed by a clean damp cloth. Always ensure the area is dried thoroughly afterward.
