The sweatshirt is made from soft loopback cotton fabric.

Ensure you are washing in cold water and using a low heat setting for tumble drying, or preferably, hang dry. Avoid high heat.

Gently try to move the zipper up and down a few times. If it persists, a small amount of graphite from a pencil rubbed on the teeth can help lubricate it. Avoid forcing the zipper.

Reduce the frequency of washing and drying on high heat. Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the outer fabric. Consider air drying.
