While the materials are durable, it is best to hand-wash or spot-clean them to preserve the integrity of the memory foam and the Slip-ins heel structure.
These shoes are designed primarily for walking and casual activities. They do not offer the stability required for long-distance or high-impact running.
The Heel Pillow is designed for durability, but like all footwear, it will eventually show wear depending on the frequency of use and the force applied during entry.
While the interior is comfortable, wearing moisture-wicking socks is recommended to prolong the freshness of the insole and manage foot perspiration.
The polyester mesh upper is breathable and is not waterproof. They will likely get wet if walking through heavy rain or puddles.
Ensure your foot is fully pushed into the heel cup to engage the Heel Pillow mechanism.
Remove the insole, allow it to air out for 24 hours, and reinsert it; if still flattened, consider an aftermarket arch support insert.
Use a soft-bristle brush with a mixture of water and gentle soap to lightly scrub the affected area.
These trainers require no "setup" beyond the initial try-on to ensure the fit is correct. Because they are slip-ons, they are designed to fit snugly to ensure the heel stays in the Heel Pillow cup.
