Troubleshooting
Power bank not charging device
Ensure the power bank is charged. Check the USB-C cable for damage and ensure it is securely connected to both the power bank and the device. For wireless charging, ensure proper magnetic alignment and that the device supports wireless charging.
Device not charging wirelessly
Verify that your device supports Qi wireless charging and is compatible with the power bank's magnetic attachment. Reposition the device on the power bank for optimal magnetic alignment. Remove any thick cases or metal objects between the power bank and the device.
Power bank is warm during charging
Slight warmth is normal during charging or discharging, especially at higher wattages. If the power bank becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool down. Ensure the vents are not blocked.
LED indicators not working
If the LED indicators do not illuminate when charging or attempting to charge a device, try connecting the power bank to a charger to see if it indicates charging. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Slow charging speed
Confirm you are using a high-quality USB-C cable and a compatible fast-charging adapter (if charging the power bank itself). For device charging, ensure the device supports the maximum wattage output and that no other power-hungry apps are running in the background.
