FAQs

What does 'garment dyed' mean?

Garment dyeing is a process where the finished piece of clothing is dyed after it has been fully sewn, resulting in a softer feel and unique, slightly uneven colour characteristics.

Is the fabric heavy or light?

These joggers are made from midweight fleece, making them suitable for year-round wear in temperate climates.

Can I tumble dry these joggers?

It is not recommended. For the best longevity, air dry the joggers flat to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage.

Does the colour bleed during the first wash?

While the dye is set, it is standard practice to wash with similar colours in cold water during the first few washes to avoid any potential transfer.

Are these joggers true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard sizing, but check the size guide to ensure the desired fit, as the organic cotton may feel slightly more structured than standard synthetic blends.

Troubleshooting

Visible lint or pilling on the fleece surface

Gently use a fabric shaver or a dedicated lint roller; avoid abrasive brushes that may damage the organic cotton fibers.

Colour appears uneven or faded after several washes

Ensure you are using cold water and a neutral pH detergent; avoid soaking the garment for long periods and always wash inside out.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality organic cotton fabric feels substantial and soft
Unique garment-dyed finish offers a premium military green aesthetic
Versatile design suitable for both lounging and casual outings
Durable material construction ensures longevity

Cons

Garment-dyed colours may be sensitive to harsh detergents
Limited to one specific colourway
Requires careful laundering to prevent fading

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because these joggers are garment-dyed, they require extra care to maintain their appearance. Always turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the exterior finish. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild, bleach-free detergent specifically formulated for coloured fabrics. Avoid tumble drying on high heat; instead, air dry the joggers flat in a shaded area away from direct sunlight, as UV rays can lead to premature colour fading. For storage, fold the joggers rather than hanging them to prevent the fleece material from stretching at the waistband or knees.
