FAQs

How do I clean the toilet seat effectively?

For best results, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. For a deeper clean, use the quick-release button to detach the seat, clean it and the pan, then reattach.

Will this toilet seat fit my toilet pan?

The seat is designed for standard UK toilet pans and features adjustable hinges that fit hole spacings between 110mm and 200mm. We recommend measuring your existing pan before purchasing to be certain.

What does 'Flexi-Fix™' technology do?

Flexi-Fix™ is a patented system that uses grip pads and adjustable hinges to ensure the toilet seat remains securely fitted and never slips, providing enhanced stability and ease of installation.

How does the soft close function work?

The soft close function is a mechanism integrated into the hinges that gently lowers the seat and lid without slamming, reducing noise and preventing potential injury.

Can I install this seat myself?

Yes, the seat is designed for straightforward DIY installation. It can be fitted from either the top or the bottom of the toilet pan, with clear instructions provided.

Is the surface hygienic?

Yes, the toilet seat features an anti-bacterial surface treatment for improved hygiene.

What is the warranty period for this toilet seat?

This toilet seat comes with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Troubleshooting

Toilet seat still feels loose after installation

Ensure the V-plate hinges are fully tightened. Re-apply the adhesive pads firmly. Check that the hinge hole spacing on your toilet pan is within the 110mm-200mm range.

Soft close function is not working or is too slow

Verify that the seat is correctly attached to the hinges. Some models may have adjustable damping; consult the specific product manual if available. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the smooth operation.

Quick release button is difficult to press

Ensure the area around the button is clean and free of debris. Try pressing firmly and evenly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Artwork appears to be fading or peeling

Cease use of abrasive cleaners immediately. Use only mild detergent and a soft cloth for cleaning. Contact customer support if the issue occurred shortly after installation.
