Troubleshooting
Bottle is not keeping drinks as cold/hot as expected.
Ensure the cap is tightly screwed on and that the double-wall vacuum insulation has not been compromised (e.g., by a significant impact). Pre-chilling or pre-heating the bottle with water before filling can also enhance performance.
Difficulty opening or closing the straw cap.
Check for any obstructions in the straw mechanism or the seal. Rinse the cap under warm water and ensure all parts are properly aligned. Do not force the cap if it feels stuck.
Water tastes metallic or off.
Rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm, soapy water. If the taste persists, try filling the bottle with water and a teaspoon of baking soda, letting it sit for a few hours, then rinsing well.
Exterior condensation despite insulation.
While the vacuum insulation prevents external condensation for cold drinks, extreme temperature differences or a compromised seal could cause minor sweating. Ensure the cap is secure.
