Troubleshooting

The picture looks blurry or low resolution.

Check your internet connection speed, as streaming services automatically lower quality during bandwidth drops. Ensure HDMI cables are certified for 4K Ultra HD.

Sound is not synchronized with the video.

Navigate to the Audio settings menu and adjust the 'A/V Sync' setting to align the audio processing delay.

Google TV apps are failing to launch.

Perform a system restart by holding down the power button on the remote for five seconds until the TV reboots.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Due to its 85-inch size, the unit should be unboxed and mounted by at least two to three people. Ensure your wall mount is rated for the specific weight of this 85-inch model. For connectivity, the TV supports multiple HDMI ports capable of high-bandwidth signals, making it compatible with modern gaming consoles and high-end 4K Blu-ray players. To maintain the panel, use only a soft, dry microfibre cloth to clean the screen. Avoid harsh chemicals or paper towels, which can scratch the anti-reflective coating. Ensure the area around the back of the TV remains clear of obstructions to facilitate proper airflow for the internal cooling systems.
