FAQs
What is the main benefit of the Adiprene cushioning?
Adiprene cushioning provides excellent shock absorption and comfort, reducing impact on your feet during extended wear.
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Ozweego trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and casual wear. While they offer good cushioning, they are not specifically engineered for high-impact running activities.
How do I determine the correct size?
Please consult the detailed size chart provided. The 'cm' measurement listed typically refers to foot length. Measure your foot from heel to toe and compare it with the chart for the most accurate size recommendation.
Can I wash these trainers in a washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash the Adidas Ozweego trainers, as this can damage the materials and construction. Hand cleaning with a mild soap and water is the preferred method.
What materials are used in the construction of the Ozweego?
These trainers are typically constructed using a combination of leather and textile materials, offering a balance of durability, comfort, and style.
Are these trainers unisex?
Yes, the Adidas Ozweego trainers are designed as a unisex model, suitable for both men and women.
What is the return policy for these shoes?
Return policies are determined by the retailer. Please refer to the specific return policy of the seller from whom you purchased the shoes for detailed information.
Troubleshooting
Sizing seems incorrect
Refer to the detailed size chart provided in the product description. The 'cm' measurement on the box indicates foot length. Double-check your foot measurement against the chart for the best fit. If still unsure, consider trying them on in-store or consulting customer service for guidance.
Discomfort after initial wear
New shoes often require a break-in period. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase the duration. Ensure the laces are adjusted correctly for a snug but not overly tight fit.
Scuff marks or stains on the material
For leather components, use a leather cleaner and conditioner. For textile areas, a mild soap and water solution with a soft brush or cloth is recommended. Test any cleaning product on an inconspicuous area first.
Shoe squeaks when walking
This can sometimes occur due to moisture inside the shoe or friction between components. Ensure the insoles are dry and properly seated. A light dusting of talcum powder under the insole might help if the squeak originates from there.

Setup: The Adidas Ozweego trainers require no specific setup. Upon receiving them, simply lace them up to your desired tightness using the provided lacing system for a secure fit.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for casual wear and light athletic activities. They are compatible with a wide range of casual clothing styles. For optimal fit, it is recommended to consult the Adidas sizing chart, as the provided 'cm' measurement refers to foot length, not the shoe's outsole or insole length. Care: To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Ozweego trainers:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or soaking.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuffing them with paper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
