The Nike Ava X features Cushlon 3.0 cushioning for comfort during daily wear. For marathon running, specialized shoes with advanced cushioning and support are recommended.

Try them on at the end of the day when your feet are slightly swollen. Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel snug but not tight.

We do not recommend machine washing the Nike Ava X. Hand washing with mild soap and water and air drying is the preferred method to maintain the shoe's integrity.

The Cushlon 3.0 midsole is designed to provide a soft and responsive feel, enhancing comfort during everyday activities and long periods of standing or walking.

The textile upper is chosen for its balance of breathability and durability for regular use. Combined with synthetic leather details, it offers a robust construction for daily wear.

These are areas of the outsole that typically experience the most wear and tear during walking and activity. The textured cutouts in these zones are designed to enhance grip and longevity.

Ensure laces are loosened before putting on. If the issue persists, consider if the size is appropriate or if the shoe requires a break-in period.

This can sometimes occur between the sole and the insole. Try placing a small powder (like talcum powder) under the insole if removable, or ensure the shoe is completely dry.

The textured outsole provides grip, but performance on very wet surfaces may be less effective. Exercise caution in such conditions.
