Is this pressure washer suitable for heavy-duty cleaning?

No, with a maximum pressure of 110 bar, it is designed for light to medium cleaning. For heavily soiled surfaces or industrial use, a higher-pressure model would be more appropriate.

What is the warranty period for this product?

This product is intended for domestic use only, and the warranty typically applies to products used in a domestic setting. Please refer to the specific warranty documentation provided with your purchase for detailed terms and duration.

Can I use this pressure washer with a extension hose?

The product comes with a 5m Ultraflex hose. While extension hoses may be available, it is recommended to use the provided hose for optimal performance and to consult the manufacturer's guidelines regarding extensions to avoid potential issues.

What maintenance is required?

Regular maintenance includes checking and cleaning the water inlet filter for debris and cleaning the exterior with a damp cloth. Ensure it is stored in a dry place and protected from frost.

Troubleshooting

Pressure washer not turning on

Ensure the unit is correctly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Check that the main power switch on the unit is in the 'on' position.

Low water pressure or pulsating spray

Verify the water supply is adequate and the tap is fully open. Check the water inlet filter for blockages and clean it. Ensure the high-pressure hose and lance connections are secure and not leaking.

Detergent not being drawn through the sprayer

Ensure the detergent bottle is correctly attached to the detergent sprayer nozzle. Check that the correct nozzle is selected for detergent application and that the detergent is at the correct level. Clean the detergent intake tube if blocked.

Hose leaking

Check all connections, including the tap connection and the high-pressure hose connection to the washer and lance. Tighten any loose fittings. Inspect hoses for visible damage and replace if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Connect the water supply hose to a standard garden tap and the pressure washer's inlet. Attach the high-pressure hose and lance securely. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Plug the unit into a suitable power outlet.

Compatibility: This pressure washer is designed for normal domestic cleaning purposes. It connects to standard UK garden taps. For best results, use with clean water.

Care: After each use, disconnect the water and power supply. Release any residual pressure by squeezing the trigger on the spray gun. Store the hose, lance, and accessories neatly using the provided holders and hook. Clean the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth; avoid using abrasive cleaners. Regularly check the water filter for debris and clean if necessary. Store in a dry place, ideally protected from frost during colder months.
