FAQs

Are these boots waterproof?

The boots are pre-treated to resist light moisture, but they are not fully waterproof and should be kept away from heavy rain or submersion.

Can I wear these without socks?

Yes, the genuine sheepskin lining is designed to be worn comfortably against the skin, providing natural warmth and moisture management.

How do I clean the exterior?

Use a soft brush to remove dust and a suede-safe cleaner for any stubborn spots, following the manufacturer's specific care instructions.

What is the HERproject?

HERproject is a collaborative initiative that partners with brands to empower and educate women working in their global supply chain factories.

What is the outsole made of?

The outsole uses either a Treadlite by UGG compound or a sugarcane EVA foam, the latter of which helps reduce dependency on petroleum-based materials.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel stiff when brand new

The leather and sheepskin will naturally soften and mold to your foot shape after a few wears.

Surface marks or scuffs appear

Use a specialized suede or leather eraser to gently lift surface marks, then brush in the direction of the nap.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to slip on and off thanks to the ultra-mini silhouette
Extremely lightweight construction for daily comfort
High-quality sheepskin provides excellent natural insulation
Environmentally conscious outsole options
Pre-treatment process helps maintain the leather's look

Cons

Not intended for heavy precipitation or wet weather environments
Light coloured sheepskin can show dirt easily
Lower shaft provides less ankle coverage than taller models

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because these boots come pre-treated, they are ready for wear right out of the box. To maintain their longevity, it is recommended to keep them away from deep mud or standing water. If they become dirty, gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush specifically designed for suede or leather. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the pre-treatment and damage the sheepskin interior. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to ensure the lining stays fresh.
