Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your skillet for the first time, wash it in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. While the pan is compatible with all hob types including induction, always match the size of the burner to the base of the pan to ensure optimal heat efficiency. Avoid using metal utensils, as they may scratch the ceramic surface; silicone or wooden tools are recommended to extend the life of the non-stick coating. Although the skillet is oven-safe, avoid exceeding the 220C temperature threshold. For cleaning, hand washing is highly recommended to protect the coating's longevity. Use a soft sponge and mild detergent—never use abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemicals.
