Troubleshooting
Chair wobbles or feels unstable
Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in the base and the seat mechanism.
Height adjustment is not working
Confirm the lever is correctly positioned and that there are no obstructions. If the chair is at its lowest setting, it may not lower further. If at its highest, ensure the gas lift is functioning properly.
Casters are stiff or not rolling smoothly
Inspect casters for tangled hair, dust, or debris. Clean the casters with a damp cloth and remove any obstructions. If damage is visible, consider replacing the caster.
PU leather shows creases or minor damage
For minor creases, gentle warming with a hairdryer on a low setting from a distance might help, followed by pressing with a soft cloth. For actual damage, repair kits for PU leather may be an option, or consult the manufacturer for replacement parts.
Chair squeaks during movement
Identify the source of the squeak, often at the connection points between the seat, mechanism, and base. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts. Ensure all connections are tight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
Assembly is required for this office chair. Typically, this involves attaching the casters to the base, securing the gas lift cylinder, and then connecting the seat mechanism to the chair seat. The necessary tools and instructions are usually included with the product.
Compatibility:
This chair is designed for use with standard office desks and workstations. Its adjustable height ensures compatibility with a range of desk heights, from lower traditional desks to higher standing desk converters. The five-star base and casters are suitable for most common office flooring types, including carpet and hard floors, though using a floor mat is recommended for the smoothest mobility and to prevent wear.
Care:
To maintain the chair's appearance and longevity:
- Cleaning the PU Leather: Wipe the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe clean with a damp cloth, followed by drying with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Maintaining Casters: Periodically check the casters for dust or debris that might impede movement. Clean them with a damp cloth.
- Checking Connections: Ensure all screws and bolts remain tight, especially after initial assembly and regular use, to maintain structural integrity.
