adidas Originals Handball Spezial Trainers - Grey Four/ Off White/ Grey Six - Size UK 5

The Handball Spezial trainers are inspired by handball shoes and offer good comfort and style for casual wear and light activities. However, they are not designed to provide the specialized support and performance required for professional, high-impact sports.

The trainers feature a combination of leather and textile materials for the upper, providing durability and a classic look.

For general cleaning, use a soft brush or damp cloth. For specific stains on the leather, use a mild leather cleaner. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals. Air dry away from direct heat.

While this guide focuses on the Grey Four/Off White/Grey Six colourway, the Handball Spezial series is often available in various colour options. Please check other product listings for alternative colours.

They offer standard support suitable for everyday wear and light movement, featuring a low-cut design for freedom. They are not designed for advanced arch support or stability required in specialized sports.

While the leather offers some protection, these trainers are not waterproof. It is advisable to avoid wearing them in heavy rain or wet conditions to preserve their material and longevity.

These trainers generally fit true to size for most wearers, with a standard width. However, individual fit can vary. It is recommended to consult size charts and consider personal preferences for a snug or looser fit.

Ensure you are comparing against the correct size chart (e.g., UK sizing). If still unsure, consider the length and width of your foot and compare with product measurements if available. Some users find these trainers fit true to size, while others prefer to size up or down based on personal preference for fit.

Creasing is a natural occurrence with leather footwear. To minimize its appearance, ensure proper fit and consider using shoe trees when not in use to help maintain the shoe's shape.

Wipe the sole with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn marks, a magic eraser can be used carefully on the rubber parts, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
