FAQs
Are these suitable for firm ground (natural grass)?
No, the Furon Elite TF V9 is specifically designed for turf surfaces. Using them on natural grass may lead to insufficient traction.
How should I clean the white upper?
Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth immediately after use to prevent dirt from settling into the texture.
Do these boots run true to size?
The Furon V9 features a snug, form-fitting profile. If you prefer a slightly looser fit, consider testing your size carefully or consulting a sizing guide.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the construction and performance materials. Always clean by hand.
What is the primary benefit of the 'Elite' designation?
The Elite designation indicates high-performance materials and advanced engineering features intended for competitive play.
Troubleshooting
Discomfort during initial wear
The boots are designed with a form-fitting structure. Wear them for short, 20-minute sessions over several days to allow the upper to conform to your foot.
Accumulation of turf pellets in the boot
Ensure the collar area is tight against your ankle; if issues persist, consider using dedicated football gaiters or grip socks to improve the seal.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Furon Elite TF V9 boots, keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Fit Check: Ensure you wear the same type of socks you use for matches when trying on your boots for the first time.
- Break-in: Wear them for short training sessions before jumping into full-length competitive matches to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: After play, gently remove turf pellets and mud using a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
- Drying: Air dry the boots in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators, as excessive heat can damage the synthetic materials and adhesives.
- Compatibility: These are specifically 'TF' (Turf) boots and should be used strictly on artificial turf or carpet surfaces for best performance and to prevent premature sole wear.
