Product Information

Full details

The Norcia Patio Swing is designed for homeowners and garden enthusiasts looking to create a cozy, Mediterranean-style lounging space. Its primary strength lies in its durable, weather-resistant construction that seamlessly blends a robust powder-coated steel frame with an aesthetically pleasing synthetic rope backrest. While it provides excellent comfort and stability, potential buyers should note that as a two-seater, it requires a level outdoor surface to ensure safe and balanced operation.

FAQs

Is the Norcia swing waterproof?

The fabric is water-repellent, meaning it resists moisture, but it is not intended to be left submerged in water or used during heavy, prolonged rainfall.

Can I leave the swing outside during winter?

While the materials are weather-resistant, it is highly recommended to store the cushions indoors and cover the frame during harsh winter weather to prevent potential wear.

What is the weight limit for this swing?

The swing is designed to accommodate two adults comfortably; please refer to the specific manual included in the packaging for the exact weight capacity rating.

How do I clean the synthetic rope?

Wipe the rope down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using high-pressure washers, as this may damage the synthetic material.

Does the swing come with assembly tools?

Most necessary hardware is included, but you may need standard tools like a wrench or screwdriver to complete the assembly.

Troubleshooting

Swing squeaks during movement

Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the suspension hooks and pivot points.

Cushion fabric shows light stains

Spot clean with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely.

Frame feels slightly wobbly

Verify that all bolts are fully tightened and check that the ground surface is level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To assemble the Norcia, ensure you have a clear, flat workspace and the necessary hand tools. Start by connecting the main frame components before attaching the swing mechanism. Always check that all bolts are tightened securely before adding the weight of the cushions. For compatibility, ensure your intended placement area is large enough to allow for the full swinging arc without hitting walls or vegetation. To maintain the piece, regularly wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dust. If the cushion cover becomes soiled, simply unzip it and wash it according to the label instructions. We recommend covering the swing during long-term storage or extreme winter weather to prolong its lifespan.
