Setup, Compatibility & Care
These sandals are designed to be worn immediately out of the box with no complex setup required. Compatibility is straightforward; verify your UK foot size to ensure an optimal fit, as New Balance sizing is generally true to scale. To maintain the condition of your NCLAY sandals, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight, which may affect the cushioning materials. Clean them by wiping with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; do not submerge them in a washing machine or use harsh chemicals.
