FAQs
Will this fit any landing net?
It is designed to be compatible with most standard carp landing nets, though it is optimized for nets with dimensions matching the 25cm x 6cm size.
Can I leave it on the net during storage?
Yes, you can leave it on, but ensure it is completely dry before placing it in a rod holdall or net bag.
What is the material made of?
The exterior is constructed from durable polyester, housing a high-density foam core.
Does it affect net maneuverability?
No, the compact design is meant to be hydrodynamic and lightweight, ensuring minimal resistance when pushing the net through the water.
How do I clean the rubberized Trakker icon?
A soft brush or damp cloth is sufficient to clean the rubberized surface; avoid harsh chemicals.
Troubleshooting
The float slides during landing.
Ensure the velcro strap is pulled tight around the spreader block and that the rubberized grip surface is in direct contact.
Net mesh still snags.
Adjust the elastic net retainer to ensure the mesh is pulled tighter against the net arms.
Pros and Cons

- Secure fit remains stable during movement
- Compact dimensions minimize bulk while fishing
Cons
- May not fit exceptionally large or non-standard spreader blocks
- Requires manual adjustment of the velcro for optimal tension
- Does not float extremely heavy nets if overloaded
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install the Sanctuary XL Net Float, simply slide the foam unit over one arm of your landing net. Align the float behind the spreader block and wrap the secure velcro fastening around the block to lock it in place. The rubberized Trakker icon should face outward.
Compatibility: The unit is designed to fit the standard dimensions of most carp landing nets measuring up to 25cm in length by 6cm in width.
Care: After use in muddy or silty water, rinse the float with clean, fresh water to remove debris. Allow the polyester material and foam core to air dry fully in a shaded area before storing to prevent mildew or odors.
